On Monday November 24, 2014 Common Council adopted a Municipal Plan amendment for 1808 Hickey Road and a rezoning for 168-172 Belmont Street. These changes are not 'substantive' in nature as they simply carry forward recent changes that Council has approved through a statutory public process.
