Strategy, Continuous Improvement & Performance Reporting

By providing strategic insight, guidance and expertise, Strategy, Continuous Improvement and Performance Reporting works to enable the organization to deliver quality public service in a more cost-effective, innovative and sustainable way.  This service area is responsible for cultivating three key aspects to advance the City forward in meeting the needs of the community:

  • Strategy promotes disciplined and focused strategic planning to ensure City’s services are aligned with the Community’s vision and goals and Council’s Priorities.
  • Continuous improvement efforts apply evidence-based processes and tools to identify improvement opportunities, develop alternatives, and evaluate and report on service performance.
  • Project management approaches and rigor enable the achievement of deliverables that have broad reaching and transformational impacts on the organization.
