Report Damages and Apply for Financial Assistance

Satellite Disaster Financial Assistance (DFA) offices have opened:

Residents affected by flooding are urged to report damage by calling 1-888-298-8555 or by registering online.

The New Brunswick Damage Report Line program allows residents, tenants, small businesses and not-for-profit organizations to receive information and register their flood-related damage. The New Brunswick Damage Report Line is available to receive calls between 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

New Brunswick EMO Health and Safety inspection Teams will be in Saint John on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 to ensure properties are safe, however, you must be registered with the Province

Assistance from the Canadian Red Cross is available to residents by calling
1-800-863-6582.
