Armed Robbery Scotiabank North

On the morning of November 21st, 2016,  Saint John Police responded to a call of a robbery at the Scotia Bank on Main Street North. Police were advised by staff that a lone male came into the bank and was wearing a light grey hoodie with the hood up over his head, and black mask which covered the bottom of his face under his nose area. He was wearing a dark colored jacket, baggie distressed camouflaged cargo pants and black gloves. He had very long grey eye brows and was waving around a handgun. He was approximately 5 9' in height, 220lbs and was very aggressive .

The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

This matter is currently under investigation by the Saint John Police Major Crime Unit.
