Guilty Plea in Six Saint John Bank Robberies

On today’s date, 56 year old Michael David Graham of Saint John appeared for sentencing for a robbery which took place at the Bayview Credit Union on Loch Lomond Road on the 31st of March 2017.

On this date five additional charges of Robbery were laid in court against Graham that occurred on the following dates:

1.    October 28th 2016, at the CIBC 1 Main Street West
2.    November 09th 2016 at the Scotia Bank on Westmorland Road
3.    November 21st 2016 at the Scotia Bank on Main Street North
4.    December 22nd 2016 at the TD Bank, East Point
5.    January 5th 2017 at the CIBC on Consumers Drive

Michael Graham pleaded guilty to the additional charges and will be appearing in court in Saint John on the 10th of May 9:30am for sentencing on all six robberies. He was remanded in custody until that date.
