Wed April 16, 2014

Sponsored by Saint John Police Force

The Saint John Police Force, Community Services Unit, is offering a Senior Police Academy for seniors who are 55 years of age and over.

This is a five week program that will run from May 8th to June 5th.  It will run from 10:00 am to Noon on Thursdays.

The Academy will take place at the Community Room at the Saint John Police Force at 1 Peel Plaza.

The Program will cover topics such as Personal Security, Frauds (Scams), Staying Active and many other issues that would affect seniors in our Community.

If you are 55 years of age or over and would like to attend the Senior Police Academy at no cost, please call 674-4295 and speak with Cst. Deanna Cole or leave a message that includes your name and contact information.

The first 25 seniors who call will be accepted.  Full attendance is required.  Unfortunately, at this time we can only accommodate 25.  We will be accepting calls until April 24th or until the 25 positions have been filled.

We will contact the 25 seniors who have registered to advise of acceptance and to provide further details.

We look forward to meeting you!
