UPDATE-BANK ROBBERY BAYVIEW CREDIT UNION-64 YEAR OLD MALE ARRESTED WITHOUT INCIDENT

The Saint John Police Force received a call on September 3rd, 2013 at approximately 11:15am where an Armed Robbery had just taken place at the Bayview Credit Union located on Main Street West, Saint John. 

Saint John Police Officers from Patrol Division, Forensic Identification Section and the Major Crime Unit responded to this armed robbery.

A male suspect described as tall, thin, approximately 60-65 years old, wearing a grey hoody, blue jeans, black gloves and sunglasses fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

On September 17th, 2013 a 64 year old male has been arrested and is facing charge(s) in connection with this robbery.  This male will be appearing in provincial court later today to answer to the related charge(s).
