Policing services contribute to public safety. Citizen’s sense of safety is an indicator of how effective the Police Force is delivering service.
To sustain improvement in the public’s satisfaction with police services.
Citizen Satisfaction: Percentage of those interviewed during a survey of citizens that are satisfied with the delivery of police services.
Citizen satisfaction of service delivery is an indicator of how well police services are meeting public expectations and needs.
