Did you know that many items we use daily cause damage to home plumbing and our City’s wastewater infrastructure?

These items create serious blockages that frequently result in:
•   Basement flooding
•   Sewerage back-up
•   Damage to City pipes, sewers and treatment equipment

Other items may harm the environment.

Please keep your flushing and drainage to the basics: human waste and toilet paper.

Why? They break down during the treatment process.
