Winter Parking Restrictions: City-wide
On-street
parking is not allowed in most of the city between December 1 and March
31 from midnight to 7 a.m to allow for safe and efficient plowing of city streets. Signs on exempted streets tell citizens where parking is
allowed. Obey all posted signage in your area.

Snow Plow Routes
The City of Saint John uses the Winter Management Plan for Street and
Sidewalks to determine street and sidewalk snow plowing service
objectives.
Snow plow routes are established to maintain safe travel
routes on arterial streets, emergency routes and highway connections
(Priority 1) as well as major bus routes, business districts, and in
school and community zones (Priority 2).
