Ask Us

Saint John Transit is committed to the safety of riders. In the event any rider feels unsafe, we ask that they let the bus driver know. Riders should not try to deal with it on their own. At any sign of bullying or harassment, please see the driver.

Be aware of your surroundings. If you see a problem, please report it immediately. Your bus driver is trained to deal with any situation that may occur. If required, further assistance from the Saint John Police Force is only a radio call away.
It’s always best to rely on common sense when you’re getting on and off the bus and when the bus is moving. Please keep strollers, backpacks and shopping bags tucked away, providing a clear aisle for your fellow riders.

A little respect towards your fellow riders truly goes a long way in making sure that everyone rides comfortably and safely. Be considerate of others when you’re using your MP3 player or Discman. It’s always nice to offer your seat to a fellow passenger.
