• Develop the 2011-2013 Strategic Plan for Enterprise Saint John.
• Continue to take the lead role in coordinating a fully developed Community Workforce Expansion strategy in coordination with federal and provincial partners.
• Inspire and support people, ideas and investment through the delivery of entrepreneurship, small and medium sized (SME) and investment attraction core service functions.
• Assume the lead project role in the execution of Phase 2 of the Benefits Blueprint initiative.
• Champion the strategic importance of regional cooperation, brand positioning and the True Growth philosophy among stakeholders.
• Work with Community partners to support collaboration between those with shared goals.
• Develop and promote Enterprise Saint John’s corporate brand – inspiring and supporting people ideas and investment – as well as the Saint John Community brand.
