Solid Waste Management

Your Solid Waste and Compost Collection Service provides curb side collection of refuse and compost to residential households in accordance to the Solid Waste By-law.

The City of Saint John is committed to being responsive to the constant changes in our environment and we believe each individual and organization has a vital role to play. In addition to curb side collection, the City works closely with the Fundy Region Solid Waste Commission, ACAP and other organizations to engage and educate the public about the importance of environmental responsibility.
