Enhancing Customer Service

Goal:

The City of Saint John works with the community to continuously improve service delivery.


Commitments:

We will …

  • Implement a customer service model that ensures requests for service are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Incorporate feedback from the community into our service delivery decisions and ensure that the public receives information in a timely fashion in order to understand actions taken.  
  • Investigate best practices and/or technology that supports the effective and efficient delivery of all services.  
  • Develop an information management strategy that establishes how information is shared, stored and accessed to facilitate better decision making and planning, responsiveness to the community, and accountability through reporting.
