Public Notices Online

 

The City of Saint John wishes to advise that, beginning January 2018, public notices for new planning applications will no longer appear as advertisements in the Telegraph-Journal. Instead, the notices will be posted to the City's website under www.saintjohn.ca/publicnotices.

Public Notices for planning applications include:

• Presentations for proposed municipal plan amendment,

• Proposed Municipal Plan amendments, including requests to change the plan designation of properties;

• Proposed Zoning By-law amendments, including requests to change the zoning of properties and

• Proposed amendments to resolutions or agreements pursuant to section 59 of the Community Planning Act (2017).

*Throughout the year, additional public notices may also be advertised on the City website, including those from the Common Clerk, Office and Saint John Water.
