Lower Cove Loop (Broad Street) will be closed between
Charlotte and Prince William Streets tomorrow, Wednesday, August 17, for road
construction beginning at 8 a.m. The street will reopen later the same day.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour via
Charlotte, Duke and Water Streets.
