The City of Saint John Winter Management Plan for Streets and Sidewalks seeks to keep the community functional through the months of winter. The plan coordinates preparations, organizes resources and guides operational protocols for servicing the network of public street and sidewalks. These activties are vital to quality of life, commerce and, most importantly, public safety.

Parking is banned on city streets from midnight to 7 a.m., from November 15 to April 15. There are exceptions. See the maps below.
