Saint John Assessment Centre

Horizon Health Network has established a COVID-19 assessment centre. If you need in-person assessment, 811 will refer you to a centre if you are displaying mild or moderate symptoms. These are not walk-in clinics. They will complete COVID-19 screening and testing by appointment only. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, please call 911 or call ahead to the local Emergency Department so they can prepare for your arrival.
