Sentinel Emergency Alert System


Sentinel is an Emergency Alert program that sends a telephone voicemail message to registered users in the event of a health and safety issue or an emergency.  You must register for this free service.  You may register online  or you may call the Saint John Fire Department (506) 658-2910.  


The Sentinel Incident Management Suite, a product of Bathurst-based Sentinel Systems Ltd., was purchased in 2010 with the support of the councils of Grand Bay-Westfield, Hampton, Norton, Quispamsis, Rothesay, Saint John, St. Martins, Sussex, and Sussex Corner.

NOTE: Sentinel sends an automated email every October and April prompting users to update their profiles in order to ensure data accuracy.
