Major Crime Investigating Shots Fired in South End

SJPF officers called to reports of shots fired at two buildings in the south end.  

Just after 11:00pm on Sunday, June-7-2020, officers arrived at a home on Duke Street to find shots had been fired into the building. No injuries reported and complainants are not cooperating with the investigation.

Just after 2:00am on Monday, June-8-2020, officers arrived at a home on Queen Street on reports of shots fired in a building. No serious injuries reported.

There is no evidence at this time to believe these incidents are connected.

Major Crime Unit is investigating both incidents and SJPF asks anyone with any information about either incident to contact them at 1-506-648-3333.
