Loch Lomond Drinking Water Treatment Facility

The City’s New Loch Lomond Drinking Water Treatment Facility is now Delivering Safe, Clean Drinking Water. The east side drinking water system is supplied from the Loch Lomond and Latimer Lake wastersheds which include: Loch Lomond Lakes, Robertson Lake, Latimer Lake and other smaller lakes.  The new water treatment facility services all drinking water customers east of the Reversing Falls Bridge (with the expception of the Harbourview Subdivision).  The facility has the capacity of producing 75 million litres of safe, clean drinking water per day.  The three storage reservoirs have a capacity of 33 million liters.
