Jumpstart Inclusive Playground at Rainbow Park will temporarily close this week for landscaping work

01-Jun-2020

The Jumpstart Inclusive Playground at Rainbow Park will be temporarily closed to public access beginning Tuesday, June 2. Contractors will be on site to complete landscaping in the area. The work is expected to take approximately three to four days and the park should be reopen in time for the coming weekend.

The LED lighting installation that began in April has been completed.

To ensure public and crew safety, park patrons are asked to avoid the site and adhere to any temporary signage or barriers.

All work falls within the scope of allowable construction and will be carried out under the safety recommendations and directives from public health officials.

The City of Saint John appreciates your cooperation as we work to maintain safe and accessible parks in our community.
