As part of the Safe Clean Drinking Water Project, Saint John Water will be conducting improvements to the water distribution system in your area.  This is to notify you that you will be without water between the hours of 9am to 7pm on Monday, November 5, 2018 and from 9am to 7pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.

Please take an opportunity to draw water for your daily needs prior to the planned water shut off. Saint John Water, in cooperation with the Department of Health, anticipates that a Boil Water Order will be applied on Monday, November 5, 2018 and could remain in effect for the remainder of the week. Further notification and instructions on a required Boil Water Order will be hand delivered and posted on www.saintjohn.ca under City Services and News.

As a reminder:
Under section 121(a) of the New Brunswick Health Act, restaurants are not permitted to operate while water service is shut off.

Saint John Water apologizes for the inconvenience this work may cause. If you have any questions or require further information, please call Customer Service at 658-4455. For updates on the Safe, Clean Drinking Water Project, visit www.saintjohn.ca.
