Proposal Call - City of Saint John Real Estate Opportunity


On behalf of the Saint John Parking Commission, the City of Saint John is accepting proposals for the sale and development of its approximately 714 square metre ± (7,685 square foot) parking garage facility to facilitate upper floor development. The property is located at the southwest corner of Canterbury Street and Grannan Lane in the City’s Uptown heritage area, and the property is identified as PID Numbers 11130, 55102446, 18598, 55102453 and 55102438.

Proposal Call packages can be picked up on the 9th floor of Saint John City Hall (Finance and Administrative Services) or emailed during normal business hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
