Public Notice: Route 100/Rothesay Road at railway overpass

20-Sep-2019

On behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure

Public Notice
Route 100/Rothesay Road
at Railway Overpass
Fully Closed

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) wishes to advise the travelling public that beginning Monday, September 23, the Westbound off-ramp from Route 1 to Rothesay Avenue will be closed daily between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The closure is expected to last until Friday, September 27, weather permitting, and is necessary to allow for staff to safely do curbing, asphalting and underground duct/wiring work. Similar periodic closures will be required before the project is completed and DTI will continue to provide updates as necessary.

The present, full closure under the Canadian National Railway structure will continue until the end of September.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the public's continued patience. The Department reminds motorists to reduce speed and drive safely and to check nb511.ca for updates.
