Saint John Parking Commission opens new temporary office for in-person service for payments only


Beginning April 28th, 2020 from 8:30 am to - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, the SJPC will offer payment services at the Peel Plaza Parking Garage, street level, 75 Carleton Street (5th level access from Sewell Street). Social distancing is in effect.

The parking team is available to take payments for:
•    Residential parking permits (must have two forms of ID with current address), one piece of ID must be your registration)
•    Monthly parking permits
•    Temporary parking permits
•    Bagged meters
•    Reserved parking permits
•    All payments must be made by Credit Card or Debit card  (cash will not be accepted at this time)

The office will not be open to handle parking ticket complaints. Complaints can be filed online here.
