Winter Storm Update

As snow continues to fall, City crews have been working to keep priority areas safe and passable. Motorists are advised to use caution and avoid travel if possible.

According to the City's Winter Management Plan, priority one and two streets are cleared first, and continuously. Priority one routes include main streets, highway connections and emergency routes, followed by major bus routes, school zones and community centre and business areas.

Closures and Cancellations

Saint John Transit | No service.

City Market | Closed.

City Hall and administrative services | Open.

City Arenas | Closing at 1:00 p.m.

Parking Ban Declared

A temporary overnight snow parking ban has been declared for north, east and west areas of Saint John.

The City thanks citizens for their efforts to stay off the roads, and for understanding the challenges today's weather conditions present.
