Zoning By-law Review Open House

A municipality is required to update its zoning by-law after adopting a new Municipal Plan.  The City of Saint John is holding a Zoning By-law Review Open House.

Tuesday, September 25, 2012
St. Joachim's Roman Catholic Church
603 Loch Lomond Road

4 pm - 8pm

Presentation at 6 pm

This workshop will ask the following questions for public discussion:

1) What uses and future development are you comfortable with in your neighbourhood?

2) What other standards should be put in place, such as building height and size, landscaping, parking requirements, and building locations (along with the permitted uses)?

Following the September open house, staff will work towards incorporating input from residents, businesses and landowners into a refined series of land use zones for the city and development of zone-specific standards.
