Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas ByLaw HC-1

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider adopting By-Law HC-1 Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, January 13, 2020.  The By-Law contemplates the following:

 

Amendments relating to the design of new buildings or substantial additions (infill); and

 

An amendment to remove the designation of a single property from the Douglas Avenue Heritage Conservation Area.


The proposed by-law may be inspected by any interested person at the office of the Common Clerk, City Hall, 15 Market Square, Saint John, NB between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays excepted.

 

The proposed By-Law HC-1 Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law may be read in summary only if no member of Council objects.
