PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT 

RE: 1020 ROTHESAY ROAD

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending the City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held via webconference, on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. by:

1. Rezoning a 8,781 square metres of land, at 1020 Rothesay Road, also identified as PID PID# 55195598 from Rural (RU) to Rural General Commercial (CRG), and PID# 00369231 from Two-Unit Residential (R2) to  General Commercial (CG) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE: 
To permit a business office.
