PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT

RE:  20 BUNDY LANE

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its meeting to be held via web conference on Monday, August 10, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., by:

(a) Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1,394 square metres, located at 20 Bundy Lane, also identified as of PID No. 55062616, from Rural Residential (RR) to a new zone that would permit a mobile/mini-home as illustrated below;

REASON FOR CHANGE: 

To allow for a mobile or mini-home.
