PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT RE: RURAL MIXED RESIDENTIAL (RMX) ZONE

PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT 

RE: RURAL MIXED RESIDENTIAL (RMX) ZONE

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its meeting to be held via web conference on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., by:

1. Adopting a new zone that that would permit a mobile or mini home in addition to those uses currently permitted in Rural Residential (RR) zone.

2. Amending existing definitions and tables to recognize and list this new zone as a residential zone.

 

REASON FOR CHANGE: 
To adopt a new zone that would allow for the placement of mobile or mini homes in Rural Residential areas.
