Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending "A By-law Respecting The Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways In The City of Saint John" at its regular meeting to be held via web conference on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to permanently close the following street: 

ALGONQUIN PLACE: All that portion of Algonquin Place, a public street in the City of Saint John, in the County of Saint John and Province of New Brunswick, comprising 511 square metres as shown on a Plan of Survey titled, “Plan of Survey Showing portion of Algonquin Place, City of Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick,” prepared by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Inc. and dated June 21, 2016, attached hereto.
